Ingredients
- Slaw
- ½ cabbage, sliced very thinly
- 1 onion, sliced very thinly
- 300g carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
- Handful parsley, roughly chopped
- Handful coriander, roughly chopped
- 2 sticks celery, sliced thinly
- Dressing
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
A SIMPLE SOUTHERN SLAW
Method
- Combine the vegetables and herbs in a bowl and toss together
- Mix the dressing ingredients together
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine
- Let stand for at least 30 minutes before eating
