- 1/3 cup cashew nuts
- ½ clove garlic
- 1/3 cup parmesan
- ½ cup cream cheese
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- Salt

Method
- In a food processor blend together the basil, parmesan, garlic and cashew nuts until it is a paste consistency Mix the cream cheese and natural yoghurt until it is just mixed Season with salt and pepper to taste
