Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter (Bay Rd)
- 1 bottle of well chilled almond mylk (Ronia & Pippi)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp of chia seeds
- Raspberries to serve (Butler's Berry Farm)
Bay Rd Peanut Butter Mousse with Butler's Fresh Raspberries
Method
- Put almond milk and peanut butter in mixer and mix until well blended, add chia seeds and mix through
- Put into individual serving dishes, or into one large serving bowl and pop into the fridge until firm (overnight is ideal)
- Serve with a Butler's fresh raspberries
- Drizzle a little extra maple syrup over top if desired
