  • 1 bottle of well chilled almond mylk (Ronia & Pippi)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • Raspberries to serve (Butler's Berry Farm)

Bay Rd Peanut Butter Mousse with Butler's Fresh Raspberries

Method

  • Put almond milk and peanut butter in mixer and mix until well blended, add chia seeds and mix through
  • Put into individual serving dishes, or into one large serving bowl and pop into the fridge until firm (overnight is ideal)
  • Serve with a Butler's fresh raspberries
  • Drizzle a little extra maple syrup over top if desired
