Ingredients
- 2 cups walnut milk
- ½ cup blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
- ¾ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Ocho roasted cocoa flakes
- 1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
BLACKCURRANT, RASPBERRY AND CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
Method
- Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
- Makes 3 - 4 serves
Comments
Any berries work well in this recipe but the blackcurrants add a particularly intense flavour and colour.
