Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnut milk
  • ½ cup blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
  • ¾ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup Ocho roasted cocoa flakes
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth
  • Makes 3 - 4 serves

Comments

Any berries work well in this recipe but the blackcurrants add a particularly intense flavour and colour.
