- Kapowai Blueberry and Cinnamon Kombucha
- Blueberries
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 100g strawberries
- ½ tbsp honey (optional)

Blueberry and Cinnamon Kombucha and Strawberry Yoghurt Popsicles (Makes 6 small iceblocks)
Method
- 1/3 fill the popsicle moulds with the kombucha and place 3-4 blueberries in each one
- Place the popsicles in the freezer and once frozen continue with making the next layer
- In a blender place the strawberries, honey (if using) and yoghurt and blend until smooth, pour on top of the kombucha layer of the iceblock and pop the popsicle sticks in
- Freeze again until frozen and then enjoy!
