Ingredients
- 3-4 large Agria potatoes, skins on, chopped into 6-8 wedges length ways
- 2T rice bran oil
- ½ cup plain flour seasoned with a little salt, pepper, and paprika

Method
- Preheat an oven pan to 180°C
- In a bowl toss the cut potatoes in the oil, then the seasoned flour
- Transfer to the oven and bake, tossing occasionally, until golden and tender
Comments
These are a healthy alternative to skinny fries, and far more flavoursome. You can dress them up with cheese, sour cream and salsa for a stand-alone dish.
