Method

  • Preheat an oven pan to 180°C
  • In a bowl toss the cut potatoes in the oil, then the seasoned flour
  • Transfer to the oven and bake, tossing occasionally, until golden and tender
  •  

Comments

These are a healthy alternative to skinny fries, and far more flavoursome. You can dress them up with cheese, sour cream and salsa for a stand-alone dish.
