Cracker kale chips
        Method
- Tear the kale into large chunks, leaving the stalks behind
 - Toss in oil and season
 - Transfer to a shallow tray in a preheated oven and baked for 4-5min before checking every minute
 - These burn easily and then become bitter
 - Adjust seasoning and serve
 
Comments
 Kale can be bitter, but toasted it becomes super savoury, and extremely moreish. These make a great addition to a fish and chip supper. If you opt to crumb your fish you can do the whole lot in the oven.
