Ingredients
- Makes 2 Mugs
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1.5 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cloves
- 1x star anise pod
- 2 Tablespoons coKo Lounge Cacao
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cups of hazelnut mylk (Ronia & Pippi)

Method
- Put cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, star anise, cacao and maple syrup in a large saucepan with 250ml of water
- Bring to a gentle boil over a medium heat
- Stirring until maple syrup and cacao are dissolved
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in the hazelnut mylk and continue to heat for a minute or so, until barely simmering
- Ladle into mugs
- Can also be enjoyed served chilled with a few ice cubes
