Ingredients
- 500g firm fish of your choice, cut in serving sizes
- 1- 2 bunches of Chinese cabbage
- 2-3 radishes, sliced thinly
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Thumb size ginger, sliced in flat rounds
- 3-4 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp whole peppercorns
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1-2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- Minced chilli to taste
- Rice cooked to serve
Fish Soup with Chinese Cabbage
Method
- Put all the ingredients, except the cabbage and radish, in a pot and bring to a boil
- Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked
- Add the cabbage, and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Top with sliced spring onion and minced chilli Serve hot with white rice
