Method

  • Gently warm your custard
  • Briefly poach your gnocchi to refresh and warm through, draining well
  • Add a generous spoon of custard to each bowl
  • Rest 3-5 gnocchi in the custard and grate over some toasted hazelnut and a pinch of fresh nutmeg
