Green apple gnocchi with custard
Method
- Gently warm your custard
- Briefly poach your gnocchi to refresh and warm through, draining well
- Add a generous spoon of custard to each bowl
- Rest 3-5 gnocchi in the custard and grate over some toasted hazelnut and a pinch of fresh nutmeg
