Ingredients
- 50 ml olive oil
- 30 ml lime juice
- 2 green or jalapeno chillies
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- ½ garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped coriander
GREEN CHILLI RELISH
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season to taste and serve alongside almost anything
