Ingredients
- 1 part raspberry Kombucha
- 1 part soda water
- handful fresh raspberries
- 8-12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 rooibos tea bags
- 3-4 star anise
- OR
- 1 part elderflower Kombucha
- 1 part soda water
- 3-4 slices of fennel bulb
- 8-12 basil leaves
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 cinnamon quill

Method
- In a jug combine either sets of ingredients and serve over ice

I was delighted to be reintroduced to Kombucha by Heidi at Dragonfly Unbakery last week. After my only other experience with it was so bad I didn’t even realise these were the same drink. It’s almost impossible for words to do justice to the complex character of this drink so best you come try it in one of these yummy breakfast punches.
