Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • ¾ cup condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp golden syrup
  • 250g super wine biscuits (crushed)
  • 1 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts (Hazelnut Estate)
  • Topping: (optional)
  • 125g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter

Hazelnut Fudge Slice

Method

  • Place butter, condensed milk, and syrup into a small saucepan, stir over a low heat until butter has melted and simmer for 2 minutes
  • Place biscuit crumbs in a bowl, add chopped hazelnuts and butter mixture, mix well
  • Grease and line a tin slice with baking paper
  • Press mixture evenly into the base of tine
  • Refrigerate
  • For topping, melt chocolate and butter over a low heat and then spread over base
  • Cut and enjoy!!
