Ingredients
- 125g butter
- ¾ cup condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp golden syrup
- 250g super wine biscuits (crushed)
- 1 cup roughly chopped hazelnuts (Hazelnut Estate)
Topping: (optional)
- 125g dark chocolate
- 100g butter

Method
- Place butter, condensed milk, and syrup into a small saucepan, stir over a low heat until butter has melted and simmer for 2 minutes
- Place biscuit crumbs in a bowl, add chopped hazelnuts and butter mixture, mix well
- Grease and line a tin slice with baking paper
- Press mixture evenly into the base of tine
- Refrigerate
- For topping, melt chocolate and butter over a low heat and then spread over base
- Cut and enjoy!!
