- 1 bunch snowball turnips
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tbsp balsamic
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)

Honey and Balsamic Glazed Turnips
Method
- Peel and cut the turnips into quarters
- Heat a pan on high heat, add some oil and then pan fry the turnips until starting to colour
- Add the mustard, honey and balsamic
- Turn the heat down and cook until the sauce has reduced and the turnips are tender
- If using the butter, shake into the pan to emulsify and coat the turnips at the end of the cooking
- Check the seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste
