Ingredients
- 250g fresh cherries
- ΒΌ cup flat leaf parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 green chilli
- Salt
- Pepper
- Merlot and Cracked Black Pepper Sausages
Merlot and Cracked Black Pepper Sausages with Fresh Cherry Salsa
Method
- Destone the cherries and finely dice
- Finely slice the parsley and chives
- Finely dice the chilli and garlic
- Mix all of the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Serve the salsa over the merlot and cracked black pepper sausages from Blue Mountain Butchery
