Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 red onion or 3 spring onions
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 1/4 cup coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • 2Tbsp olive oil

Pineapple Salsa to go with Ham

Method

  • Dice pineapple, onion and pepper finely
  • Chop the herbs then season
  • Serve with hot or cold ham

 This is great to have when there is left over ham around.
