Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1/2 red onion or 3 spring onions
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 2Tbsp olive oil
Pineapple Salsa to go with Ham
Method
- Dice pineapple, onion and pepper finely
- Chop the herbs then season
- Serve with hot or cold ham
