  • 500gms of chicken stir fry (breast or thighs pieces) (Dunedin Poultry)
  • 1 jar piri piri sauce (Port Larder)
  • Drizzle of oil

Piri Piri Chicken

Method

  • Place 500gms of chicken chopped into smallish pieces or use chicken thighs or chicken drums into a casserole dish
  • Pour over a cup of Port Larder piri piri sauce and drizzle with oil
  • Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 mins until chicken is cooked
