Ingredients
- (Serves 4).
- 500gms of chicken stir fry (breast or thighs pieces) (Dunedin Poultry)
- 1 jar piri piri sauce (Port Larder)
- Drizzle of oil
Piri Piri Chicken
Method
- Place 500gms of chicken chopped into smallish pieces or use chicken thighs or chicken drums into a casserole dish
- Pour over a cup of Port Larder piri piri sauce and drizzle with oil
- Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 mins until chicken is cooked
