Ingredients
- Base
- 15 dates – soaked and drained
- 1 cup coconut thread
- ¼ cup raw cacao
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 cup coconut oil
- ¾ cup oats
- Filling
- 1 cup (Bay Road) crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup rice malt syrup
- Topping
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup raw cacao
- 2 TBS rice malt syrup

Method
- Place all base ingredients in a food processor and blitz until well combined
- Press into a lined slice tin and place in the fridge
- Melt together all of the filling ingredients on a medium/low heat, being careful not to overheat
- Pour on top of the base
- Melt together the topping ingredients on medium/low heat, and pour over the filling
- Allow to set in the fridge for at least two hours
- Preferably overnight
- Slice and enjoy!
