  • Base
  • 15 dates – soaked and drained
  • 1 cup coconut thread
  • ¼ cup raw cacao
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ¾ cup oats
  • Filling
  • 1 cup (Bay Road) crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup rice malt syrup
  • Topping
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup raw cacao
  • 2 TBS rice malt syrup

Raw Snickers Slice

Method

  • Place all base ingredients in a food processor and blitz until well combined
  • Press into a lined slice tin and place in the fridge
  • Melt together all of the filling ingredients on a medium/low heat, being careful not to overheat
  • Pour on top of the base
  • Melt together the topping ingredients on medium/low heat, and pour over the filling
  • Allow to set in the fridge for at least two hours
  • Preferably overnight
  • Slice and enjoy!
