Roasted Chestnuts (1)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°c Score each chestnut with a cross using a small sharp knife
- Roast in a shallow dish for 30-40 min
- Peel warm, removing the thick skin and white inner pith
- Serve as a snack with a little flaky salt or as an interesting addition to roast vegetables, stews and casseroles
