Ingredients
- 2 cups of purple kale – de-stalked and cut into desired chip size (Oamaru Organics)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked kelp seasoning (Wild Larder)
Smoked Kelp Seasoned Purple Kale Chips
Method
- Place prepared purple kale in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil and seasoning until well combined
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius (fan-forced)
- Lay the kale chips in a single layer on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until dry and crunchy but not browned
