Smoked Kelp Seasoned Purple Kale Chips

Method

  • Place prepared purple kale in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil and seasoning until well combined
  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius (fan-forced)
  • Lay the kale chips in a single layer on a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until dry and crunchy but not browned
