  • 20g grated parmesan
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Sorrel Pesto

Method

  • Place the sorrel, walnuts, parmesan and salt in a blender and turn on
  • Drizzle in the olive oil and continue to blend until it is a smooth consistency
  • Enjoy the pesto on a platter with bread and vegetables or as a topping on cooked fish
