Ingredients
- 500g lamb mince
- 2T fish sauce
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1T cornflour
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 T grated ginger
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- ½ onion chopped fine
- ½ cup herbs - coriander, mint, or parsley chopped
Spiced Lamb Balls
Method
- Mash bread to a paste with all the ingredients except meat, herbs and onions
- Add the meat, herbs and onions then roll into small balls and fry in oil over a medium temperature
Comments
This mixture can be made up to 48 hours in advance. It is very handy to have in the fridge.
