Ingredients
- ½ cup yoghurt (Holy Cow)
- 1 Tablespoon Ras El Hanout Spice Mix (Hammerhead Foods)
- 1 head of broccoli (Oamaru Organics)
- 1 lemon
Spiced Yoghurt Baked Broccoli
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees c
- Combine the yoghurt and spice mix in a bowl
- Cut the broccoli into pieces, I cut them into their natural formed pieces but you can go as big/small as desired
- Bite sized is always ideal
- Coat the broccoli in the yoghurt mix and place on a lined baking tray in a single layer
- Bake for 30mins
- Plate, and squeeze over the juice of 1 lemon
- Taste and season with salt if desired
- Enjoy!
