Ingredients
- ½ head cauliflower (Oamaru Organics)
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 3 Tablespoons sumac
- 2 Tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Sumac Roasted Cauliflower
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a large baking dish
- Cut the cauliflower into its natural formed florets
- Toss in a large bowl with the coconut oil, sumac, paprika and salt
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until soft through and browned
