Sumac Roasted Cauliflower

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a large baking dish
  • Cut the cauliflower into its natural formed florets
  • Toss in a large bowl with the coconut oil, sumac, paprika and salt
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until soft through and browned
