- 600g White Fresh Fish
- 1Tbsp Zahtar seasoning mix (or 1tsp per 150g piece fish)
- 2Tbsp Ground Almond (or 1 ½ tsp per 150g piece fish)
- Approx 1Tbsp Olive Oil

- Mix together Zahtar mix and ground almonds with enough oil to make into a soft paste that will hold together
