Ingredients

  • 1 pkt of Zestt Wellness Pasta (I used hemp and Lemon from Hammerhead Foods) cooked till al dente
  • 2 apples med size cored and sliced
  • 1 pkt of bier sticks (4 small sticks) sliced (Blue Mountain Butchery)
  • Small bunch of parsley chopped
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sunflowers seeds
  • 1/2 cup organic tamari soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

Method

  • Put the cooled cooked pasta, bier sticks, chopped apples, walnuts, sunflower seeds into a serving bowl, squeeze the lemon over the top
  • Put the soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix, then pour over the top
  • Add the parsley then with clean hands blend all ingredients so all the ingredients have mixed with the dressing
