Ingredients
- 1 pkt of Zestt Wellness Pasta (I used hemp and Lemon from Hammerhead Foods) cooked till al dente
- 2 apples med size cored and sliced
- 1 pkt of bier sticks (4 small sticks) sliced (Blue Mountain Butchery)
- Small bunch of parsley chopped
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflowers seeds
- 1/2 cup organic tamari soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil

Method
- Put the cooled cooked pasta, bier sticks, chopped apples, walnuts, sunflower seeds into a serving bowl, squeeze the lemon over the top
- Put the soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix, then pour over the top
- Add the parsley then with clean hands blend all ingredients so all the ingredients have mixed with the dressing
