Ingredients
- ½ cup ground almonds
 - 50gm butter
 - 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, or rice malt syrup
 - ¼ cup sliced almonds
 - 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
 - 6 luisa plums (Ettrick Gardens)
 - Whipped cream and ground almonds to serve
 
Almond Stuffed Luisa Plums
        Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
 - Soften butter, and combine with the ground and sliced almonds, brown sugar and cinnamon
 - Halve the plums and remove the stones
 - Place round side down in a baking dish and fill with the almond mixture
 - Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
 - Sere warm, topped with some whipped cream, sliced almonds, and a sprinkle of ceylon cinnamon
