1 Tbsp ginger powder
1 c Rolled Oats
½ c Flour
½ c Coconut
½ c brown sugar
50 g butter - melted

APPLE AND GINGER CRUMBLE

Apple Ginger Crumble

Method

Apple Method:
Peel, chop and cook apples in a pot over medium heat with ¼ cup of water until starting to break down and soften. Put cooked apples into a layer of casserole dish, spread topping evenly on top, cook in 180 degree Celsius oven for approx. 20 mins or until topping is brown.

 

Topping Method:
Add all ingredients together and mix well.
