  • Handful of pumpkin seeds
  • Dressing Ingredients:
  • ½ c filtered water
  • ½ c tahini
  • ¼ c apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp tamari
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2/3 c olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley

Autumn Slaw with Garlic Tahini Dressing

Method

  • Shred cabbage and kale, toss in a bowl with pumpkin seeds, add dressing and mix well just before serving
  • Dressing Method: Combine all ingredients except oil and parsley, blend on high for 30 secs, until smooth
  • Turn blender down to medium and slowly pour in oil until fully combined, remove from blender and stir in herbs
  • Can be kept in a refrigerator for approx
  • 2 weeks
