  • 100 – 150g Bay Blue Cheese
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2Tbsp Wildflower Honey
  • 4 eggs (separated)
  • 200ml cream

Method

  • Soften & puree cheeses, add honey & egg yolks, then gently stir in whipped cream
  • Beat egg whites to firm peaks, fold into cheese mixture
  • Put into a mold or bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving

Comments

A gentle, creamy addition to your cheese board, great with crackers, fresh crusty bread or a fruit/veg platter.
