- 100g cream cheese
- 2Tbsp Wildflower Honey
- 4 eggs (separated)
- 200ml cream

Blue Cheese & Honey Mousse
Method
- Soften & puree cheeses, add honey & egg yolks, then gently stir in whipped cream
- Beat egg whites to firm peaks, fold into cheese mixture
- Put into a mold or bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving
