Ingredients
- 2 c Chopped Broccoli
- 1 c Brazil Nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Miso Gravy Ingredients:
- ¼ c miso paste
- 2 Tbsp chopped dates
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 C Olive Oil
- ½ clove garlic chopped
Broccoli-Nut Mash with Miso Gravy
Method
- Put nuts, garlic, salt & pepper into food processor and blitz to a fine crumb
- Empty into a bowl and set aside
- Add broccoli to food processor, blitz while slowly adding nut mix back in
- To make the gravy: Put all these ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
