  • 200gms dark chocolate pieces
  • ½ cup almond mylk
  • 1 cup sugar

CHOCOLATE TOFU BROWNIE

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C
  • Put the tofu, egg yolks, brandy and coco powder in a mixing bowl and beat until well mixed into a nice creamy texture
  • Put the chocolate pieces and almond milk in a bowl over a pot of bowling water and melt
  • Once melted, add to the tofu mix, and combine well
  • In another bowl, whisk the egg whites
  • Once they begin to firm up, add the sugar a little at a time, until you reach stiff peaks
  • Then gently fold the egg whites into the tofu mix, small amounts at a time, until it is all combined
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and cook for 35minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean
