Ingredients
- (Serves 4).
- 1 Cauliflower (Oamaru Organics)
- Handful of blue cheese (Whitestone Vintage Windsor Blue) or grated cheddar
- Half cup of chopped walnuts (Willowbrook Orchard)
Easy Cauliflower with Blue Cheese and Walnut Topping
Method
- Cut one cauliflower into small florets and steam or boil until tender
- Place in a baking dish and crumble blue cheese and or grated cheddar and half a cup of chopped walnuts over the top
- Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted and walnuts toasted
