Ingredients
- 6 plums
- 1 bulb fennel
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 orange zest and juice
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped fennel fronds (top of fennel)
- Salt & Pepper
Fennel and plum salad with orange and ginger dressing
Method
- Finely slice the plums and fennel bulb and place in a bowl
- Grate the ginger and mix with the cider vinegar, honey, zest and orange juice
- Add the toasted sesame seeds and fennel fronds to the bowl with dressing
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
