Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic – peeled and crushed
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup hazelnuts (Dunford Grove)
- 1 bag broccolini (Wairuna Organics)
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper
Fried Broccolini with Hazelnuts
Method
- Heat the oil in a fry pan, on a medium heat
- Add the garlic, hazelnuts and a pinch of salt and gently heat, stirring constantly
- Once the garlic is beginning to brown and smell nutty, add in the broccolini, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
- Stir fry for approx
- 7 minutes or until vibrant green and charring on the edges
- Squeeze over lemon juice and serve
