Ingredients
- 1 daikon radish (Ettrick Gardens)
- 1 Tablespoon sliced coriander (Janefield Hydroponics)
- 1 Tablespoon tamari
- 1 ½ Tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- Pinch salt
- Black sesame seeds (optional)
Raw Daikon Salad
Method
- Peel the daikon radish and use a spiralizer to make long threads
- In absence of a spiralizer, you could grate or cut into matchsticks
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the radish
- Taste and season
- Garnish with some chili flakes, and black sesame seeds
- Enjoy!
