- 1 Tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Juice of ½ orange
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup Puy lentils

Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Line a baking tray with baking paper Mix together the spices in a bowl and set aside Thinly slice onion either by hand or using a mandolin Peel and slice carrots on a mandolin or alternatively by hand or in a food processor u
- Add orange juice and mix through
