Ingredients
- 4 large eggs (yolks) (Agreeable Nature Free Range Eggs)
- 4 Tbsp manuka honey (Blueskin Bay Honey)
- 4 Tbsp whisky
- 300ml cream (Holy Cow)
Whisky & Manuka Honey Ice Cream
Method
- Beat egg yolks in a mixer
- Warm manuka honey gently till melted, then add to egg yolks
- Best together for 8-10min until very thick
- Add whisky in the last 2 minutes, continue to beat until thick and fluffy (not too stiff)
- Fold mixture into whipped cream
- Blend together
- Put into a container with lid and freeze overnight
