- 6 baking apples
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup clover and thyme honey
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 cups plain unsweetened Greek yoghurt (or Holy Cow yoghurt)
- ¾ cup of walnut pieces

Clover and Thyme Honey Baked Apples with Yoghurt and Walnuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Cut the apples in half and remove the core with a knife or apple corer
- Place flesh side down in a baking dish
- In a bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, and thyme leaves (removed from the stem)
- Whisk with a fork until well combined
- Pour the honey mix over the apples and bake in the oven for 40mins or until soft
- Turn the apples once during cooking
- Place the walnuts on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until fragrant but not burnt
- Place some of the yoghurt on our plate
- Top with the apples, a couple of spoons of the syrup, and the walnuts
- Garnish with a few leaves of thyme
