Ingredients

  • Half a daikon -spiralize into noodles (Caithness Farm)
  • 1 carrot peeled or spiralized (suggested vendors Ettrick Gardens & Caithness Farm)
  • 1 red chilli deseeded and sliced (Kakanui Produce)
  • Handful of coriander chopped (Janefield Hydroponics)
  • Handful of sesame seeds -toasted
  • Dressing:
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Method

  • Put all the salad ingredients, except the toasted sesame seeds, into a bowl
  • Then mix the dressing ingredients together and then mix through the salad and leave to sit for 10mins
  • Before serving, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad
