Ingredients
- Half a daikon -spiralize into noodles (Caithness Farm)
- 1 carrot peeled or spiralized (suggested vendors Ettrick Gardens & Caithness Farm)
- 1 red chilli deseeded and sliced (Kakanui Produce)
- Handful of coriander chopped (Janefield Hydroponics)
- Handful of sesame seeds -toasted
- Dressing:
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Daikon Noodle Salad
Method
- Put all the salad ingredients, except the toasted sesame seeds, into a bowl
- Then mix the dressing ingredients together and then mix through the salad and leave to sit for 10mins
- Before serving, sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad
