Ingredients
- 1 bunch baby carrots (Ettrick Gardens)
- 2 Tablespoons honey (Blueskin Bay Honey).
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil (Dunford Grove)
- Salt and pepper
Honey Glazed Baby Carrots
Method
- Remove the tops from the carrots and give them a scrub with a vegetable brush
- Prepare the glaze buy combining the honey, olive oil and salt and pepper with a fork or whisk
- Heat your BBQ to a medium/low heat and place the carrots on with a drizzle of oil
- Cook until charred spots start appearing on the skin, but softening on the inside
- Be sure to turn the carrots frequently
- Once they get to the soft/charred stage
- Brush on the prepared glaze and cook for another few minutes
- Turning them and glazing as you go
- Serve topped with a little of the carrot tops, chopped finely
